Shipping Policy

We’re as eager to ship your order and for you to receive it at the earliest. However we need to adhere by shipping guidelines. Please allow for a + 2 days or - 2 days variation from the delivery period mentioned in case of unforeseen circumstances. 

Return Policy

Hey there, While we’re here to assist you for any problems faced with an order placed with us. We still need to follow a few protocols and guidelines to keep it smooth for you and for us. Kindly cooperate and help us with all the information so we can solve the issue at the earliest :) Thanks for being patient and understanding.

​Customer needs to cross-check the order as soon as they receive the shipment. If the customer has any queries then need to inform us within 1 week from the date received.

  • Personalised orders are shipped within 7-8 working days after the approval of digital artwork.Non- personalised orders are shipped within 3-4 working days. Shipping time may vary as per the delivery location.

​

  • Orders placed after 11AM IST on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.

​

  • Business days are Monday-Friday (9:00 am - 6:00pm), excluding scheduled closures.

​

  • We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

​

  • Standard shipping parcels is via Surface Mode

RETURNS

 

  • No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.

​

  • If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, reach out to us. The intention to return should be mentioned on mail with the order no, the reason for returning, the image of the consignment received. On being checked at our end we would mail you the address to which the consignment should be sent. On receipt of the consignment and verification at our end, we will replace the order within 7-10 working days.

  • All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective/damaged.)

​

  • Where the consignment received is in damaged condition do not accept the consignment. Please send us an image of the damaged consignment received by mail with your order no. Pl mention on the consignment received in damaged condition hence not accepted.

  • No returns would be accepted for custom made consignments unless received in damaged condition.

​

REFUNDS
 

  • For the value of consignment under Rs 2000, a voucher would be issued which could be used for the next purchase.

​

  • In cases where returns are accepted and the value is above Rs 2000 please mail us the order number, payment method, and preferred mode of refund. The refund would be arranged in 10 days from receipt of your mail

​

  • No refunds will be made in case of custom-made orders. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds would be decided on a case to case basis on verification and acceptance by us.

​

  • No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

 

CANCELLATIONS
 

  • Any order placed may be cancelled within 3 hrs from placing of the order. The cancellation must be intimated by mail informing the order number and payment method.
     

  • If the consignment has already been shipped no cancellation will be accepted.
     

  • No cancellations are accepted for custom made orders.
